I can’t log in to Brivity Marketer

  • Make sure you have signed up for Brivity Marketer v2. Brivity Marketer does not use the same login and password as Brivity CRM so you’ll have to sign up for it separately.
    Step 1: Go to brivitymarketer.com and click on the Sign Up button
    Step 2: Click on Sign Up and enter your Brivity CRM email address
    Step 3: Check your email for the Brivity Marketer Welcome Email and click on the Verify button
    Step 4: Enter the password you want to use for Brivity Marketer and follow the Onboarding process
  • You signed up to Brivity Marketer but as a New Customer and you are actually a Brivity Customer.
    Contact support and we’ll open up a ticket to get your account reset.
  • The login keeps saying you have the wrong username or password
    Click on the “Forgot your password?” link and follow the instructions to get access
