Change a Contact's Status
It's quick and easy to change a contact's status in Brivity!
Option 1: Find the lead or contact in the main index and select the appropriate status from the dropdown.
OR
Option 2: When working in a contact's record, select the new status from the status dropdown on the top of the contact screen.
